Maryland Residents

  1. Any Maryland Resident whose medical provider recommends medical cannabis as a treatment option for a qualifying medical condition:
    • Cachexia
    • Anorexia
    • Wasting Syndrome
    • Severe Pain
    • Severe Nausea
    • Seizures
    • Severe or Persistent Muscle Spasms
    • Glaucoma
    • PTSD
    • Chronic Pain
  2. Any Maryland Resident who has a medical condition that is severe, for which other medical treatments have been ineffective, and the symptoms “reasonably can be expected to be relieved” by the use of Medical Cannabis
  3. Any Maryland Resident that is currently in Hospice care of receiving palliative care.

Non-Maryland Residents

  • Any non-Maryland resident currently residing in Maryland for the purpose of receiving medical treatment, assuming they can provide name and address of the Maryland Medical facility where they are receiving care
