Maryland Residents
- Any Maryland Resident whose medical provider recommends medical cannabis as a treatment option for a qualifying medical condition:
- Cachexia
- Anorexia
- Wasting Syndrome
- Severe Pain
- Severe Nausea
- Seizures
- Severe or Persistent Muscle Spasms
- Glaucoma
- PTSD
- Chronic Pain
- Any Maryland Resident who has a medical condition that is severe, for which other medical treatments have been ineffective, and the symptoms “reasonably can be expected to be relieved” by the use of Medical Cannabis
- Any Maryland Resident that is currently in Hospice care of receiving palliative care.
Non-Maryland Residents
- Any non-Maryland resident currently residing in Maryland for the purpose of receiving medical treatment, assuming they can provide name and address of the Maryland Medical facility where they are receiving care
